Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with BLACK. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our setup fees and monthly plans.

One-time setup fee

Setup covers building and training your AI receptionist around your business. If you cancel before we begin building, your setup fee is fully refundable. Once building has started, the setup fee is non-refundable because the work is custom to your business.

Monthly plans

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel at any time.
• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be billed again.
• We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period unless required by law.

Usage and platform fees

Third-party platform and carrier costs (for example the WhatsApp platform fee, telephony, and messaging) are passed through at cost and are non-refundable once incurred.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email contact@getblackai.com or call (888) 711-7566 with your business name and the email on your account. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the Service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
